Privacy Policy
Last updated October 22, 2026
Layer 3 Technologies ("we", "us") runs l3tech.com. This policy explains what information the website collects and how it is used.
Information you give us
If you send us a message through our contact form, call, email or book an appointment with us, we use the details you give us, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and what you need help with, only to respond to you and provide our services. Contact form messages are emailed to our support team through our email delivery provider, SMTP2Go, along with the IP address they were sent from to help us block abuse; the website itself does not store them. Appointments are booked through Microsoft Bookings, which is covered by Microsoft's privacy statement.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, how visitors found the site, and general information about the device, browser and approximate location (city or region). Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to tell visits apart. This information is collected by Google on our behalf and is reported to us in aggregate; it does not tell us who you are.
You can learn more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google's privacy policy. To stop Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or block cookies in your browser settings.
Cookies
Besides the Google Analytics cookies above, the website uses one cookie that is needed for security. It does not track you across other sites. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; the website will still work without them.
Security
To protect the website from attacks, all traffic passes through the Sucuri website firewall, and our web server keeps short-lived technical logs. These process information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, and are used only to keep the site secure and working.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above that help us run the website and our business, or when required by law.
Links to other websites
Our website links to other sites, such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Microsoft Bookings. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
